Tie rod sleeve for creating formwork clamping points on the construction site. By cutting the tie rod sleeve to length, the required lengths can be produced quickly on site.
Formwork stop (plastic kicker) for quick and easy positioning of formwork on concrete foundations or for spacing reinforcement mats. Easy positioning on uneven surfaces. Can be used with almost all common bolt setters and magazine-loaded nails.
OKTAGON®-PLUS 22 plastic cone for the self-production of watertight formwork spacers. By cutting a 22/26 mm plastic tube 8 cm shorter than the required wall thickness and pressing on the cone, lengths with the properties of OKTAGON®-PLUS 22 can be produced.
Large-area tunnel spacer made of plastic for fixing the tunnel sealing film. The open construction ensures an optimal concrete flow. Awarded with the Innovation Prize at the Austrian Tunnel Day 2010.
Large-area tunnel spacer made of plastic for fixing the tunnel sealing film.
Plastic cone for large-area transmission of the clamping forces and for protection of the formwork. Fitting length 10 mm.
Flexible plug for optimal sealing of tie rod sleeves and formwork spacers.
Disk made of cast concrete for use with fair-faced concrete requirements. For gluing onto the OKTAGON® plug 26. Shadow gap approx. 2 mm.
Spacer with iron Ø 5 mm to secure the distance between the reinforcement mats and to maintain the correct concrete cover towards the formwork.
Plastic cone for large-area transmission of the clamping forces and for protection of the formwork. Fitting length 20 mm to 50 mm.
Wire spacer between upper and lower reinforcement in concrete floors. High stability due to snake shape. No contact with the formwork, therefore no risk of corrosion.
Spacer cage made of steel with plastic feet as a replacement for spacers for the upper reinforcement layer and at the same time as an alternative to four- and six-legged spacers for pipes of concrete core activation or sprinkler pipes on the lower reinforcement layer. The plastic feet allow the spacer cage to be placed directly on the formwork. Apart from cost advantages to be evaluated in individual cases, the main advantage of spacer cages lies in the reduction of labour required for the production of the slab reinforcement. This circumstance makes the use of spacer cages particularly attractive for construction projects with high time pressure.
